PUBLIC HEARING:

This public hearing is to receive comments on final adoption of the Budget for the 2019-2020 Fiscal Year.

RECOGNITION:

Mayor Michaelis will recognize Rick Ringwald for his service on the Police and Fire Commission.

PINNING CEREMONY:

          Recently promoted members of the Highland Fire Department will receive their new badges. The officers are: Lieutenant Ty Barr, Lieutenant Steve Durbin, Lieutenant Travis Knebel, Lieutenant Dan Tallman,

and Captain Chris Straub.

PROCLAMATIONS:

       Mayor Michaelis will read a document proclaiming April 19, 2019 Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness Day.

       Mayor Michaelis will read a document proclaiming the month of May as Motorcycle Awareness Month in Highland.
