2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 62021?

There was one offender released on parole during 2018 that lives in Dorsey zip code 62021, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Metro East Sun.

The data shows that the released offender was Charles E. Conlee. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2017, when he was 27. He is now 29.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
