Sen. Jason Plummer (R-Madison) has been attending and hosting many public events that occurred throughout the 54th district this past week, posting his journeys on his official Facebook page.
On Aug. 6, Plummer attended the Bond County Fair, mentioning how he specifically enjoyed the 4H auction. The following day, Plummer stopped by both the Greater Fayette County Chamber of Commerce’s meeting and a senior fair in Effingham County.
Plummer posted pictures of him publicly speaking and personally interacting with the events’ attendees.
This past Friday, Plummer hosted a “Coffee and Conversation” event from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the TownPlace Suites by Marriot in O’Fallon. The public was able to discuss their community issues with Plummer, who responded on how he could improve on those issues for an improved overall quality of life in Illinois.
This is one of multiple “Coffee and Conversation” events Plummer has hosted throughout the summer, hosting one at the Phenix Town Building in Geneseo on June 7 and another at the Holiday Inn Express in Troy on July 25.
