Members Present: Robert Stephan, Dan Herkert, Michelle Brooks, Brett Stawar
Members Absent: Ruth Birmingham, Karen Baker-Brncic, Jay Hollinger
Ex-Officio & Guests: Kirby Ontis, CJ Nasello, Rob Mangrum
Robert Stephan called the Alton Amphitheater Commission Meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. at City Hall, 101 E. Third Street, Alton, Il 62002.
Motion to approve the September 23, 2019 minutes made by Dan Herkert, seconded by
Michelle Brooks. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report was presented by Dan Herkert. Discussion was held and the report was placed on file.
A report was given on the Simmons July 20th Event Summary. Balance due to Simmons Hanly
Conroy is $113,201.20. Motion to approve payment made by Dan Herkert, seconded by Brett Stawar. Motion carried.
CJ Nasello and Rob Mangrum made a presentation for an event they would like to hold in July 2020 – Alton Mania – Dynamo Pro Wrestling. They will return and discuss further at the next meeting.
Motion to adjourn at 5:05 P.M. by Brett Stawar, seconded by Dan Herkert. Motion carried.
