City of Alton Amphitheater Commission met Feb. 18.
Here is the minutes provided by the commission:
Robert Stephan called the Alton Amphitheater Commission Meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. at City Hall, 101 E. Third Street, Alton, Il 62002.
Motion to approve the January 21, 2020 minutes made by Dan Herkert, seconded by Michelle Brooks. Motion carried.
Motion made by Brett Stawar, seconded by Karen Baker-Brncic, to approve the January Treasurer’s Report. Motion carried.
Motion made by Michelle Brooks, seconded by Dan Herkert, to pay $695.00 Poll Star invoice. Motion carried.
Discussion held regarding Evntiv to continue relationship, pending Commission review and approval. Will discuss at next meeting.
Discussion held regarding purchasing signs from Sign Magic. Will discuss at next meeting.
Motion made by Brett Stawar, seconded by Michelle Brooks, to approve the Bra Walk on Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 8:00 to 10.00a.m.
Alton Pride Event is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2020, following the Bra Walk. The Alton Pride Committee gave the Commission an update on event planning, and will continue to meet and discuss with Commission.
Motion was made by Dan Herkert, seconded by Jay Hollinger, to approve the Givin’ it all for the Guts event October 10, 2020.
The next meeting will be Monday, March 16, 2020.
