City of Lebanon Finance, Personnel, Water/Sewer and Health/Safety Committees met Feb. 17.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
FINANCE
1. Reviewed and signed the bills
2. Utility tax on water services recently annexed to the city.
3. Budget Worksheets to were handed to out to the Supervisors.
WATER/SEWER
1. Quotes on roofs of existing buildings at sewer plan were discussed.
2. Discussion on whether the City should participate in the Fleet program, which basically is a credit card program that tracks credit card assigned to city employees. Superintendent Zimmerman thought it was a good deal for tracking the different departments usage.
HEALTH/SAFETY
PERSONNEL
1. The renewal of the city health care plan was discussed and a meeting will be scheduled for February 27th so city employees can listen to our insurance representative present options.
