Motion to approve Volkert for Professional Engineering Services to overlay the 400 block of N. Virginia Ave between Sycamore and D Streets with hot mix asphalt, installation of new barrier curb, minor drainage upgrades and miscellaneous improvements in the amount of $25,296.00. (MFT funds)
