Brenda Whitaker called the Music Venue Planning Committee to order at 2:30 p.m.
Poettker Construction and Tindall Construction gave presentations.
Committee agreed to do Abatement of the Building, price not to be included in the proposal. Previously given estimate of $150,000.00 from Farmer Environmental. Both Companies were asked to resubmit plans to allow for a Two Million dollar budget.
Motion By Whitaker, second by McDowell to Adjourn the Music Venue Planning Committee at 5:04 p.m.
