The property is more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-11-15-404- 012. The property is currently zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential District. 

Case 2021-36 

John M and Renee E Falcone have petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a zoning variance to allow a side yard setback of 4.3 feet to the west property line, rather than the required 10 feet at 1425 McCoy Drive. The property is more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-12-04-406-021. The property is currently zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential District.
