On Nov. 22, Bryan and Stacy Sisk purchased a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 37 Katie Lynn Court, Glen Carbon from Scott and Lauren Mayes for $275,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,167.32. This is 1.88% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $222,500 on Oct. 24, 2018.

So far in November 2021, three properties sold in Glen Carbon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Scott D. Mayes has been registered to vote since 2019. Lauren Mayes has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
