• Review and Motion to recommend approval of A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON THE DESIGNATION OF AREAS AS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS
• Review and Motion to recommend approval of AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BELLEVILLE, ILLINOIS AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING “INTERESTED PARTIES” REGISTRIES AND ADOPTING REGISTRATION RULES FOR THESE REGISTRIES
• Presentation of Bellevue Plaza TIF Feasibility/Plan Study by MED
• Review and Motion to recommend acceptance of the TIF Redevelopment Plan and approve sending the TIF Redevelopment Plan to all affected taxing districts and placing on file

2) Trolley Circle – Discussion and possible motion to approve an agreement for property Tax Rebate to aid in construction costs for the development.

1) 123-127 Mascoutah – Review and possible motion to accept the revised proposal for the development of 123-127 Mascoutah Avenue.
