City of Edwardsville Finance Committee met April 27
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Alderman Jack Burns called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Governor Edwards Conference Room in City Hall, located at 118 Hillsboro Avenue in Edwardsville, Illinois.
Roll Call: Alderman Burns, Chairman, Alderwoman Warren and Alderwoman Grant were present.
Also Present: Jeanne Wojcieszak, Director of Finance; Kevin Head, City Administrator and Cathy Hensley, Communication Coordinator
No public comment was made.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Grant to approve the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on May 01, 2023. Motion carried with Burns, Warren and Grant voting aye.
Group Health Insurance Fund Insurance Report will be announced at the Monday, May 01, 2023 Council meeting.
Old Business:
Motion by Burns, seconded by Warren to approve and forward to Council a second reading of an Ordinance Making Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Beginning the First Tuesday in May, A.D., 2023 and Ending the Monday Preceding the First Tuesday in May, A.D., 2024. Motion carried with Burns, Warren and Grant voting aye.
New Business:
Claims amount will be announced at the Monday, May 01, 2023 Council meeting.
Finance Committee will meet on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall.
There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 4:18 p.m.
