City of Edwardsville Finance Committee met June 1.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Alderman Jack Burns called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Governor Edwards Conference Room in City Hall, located at 118 Hillsboro Avenue in Edwardsville, Illinois.
Roll Call: Alderman Burns, Chairman, Alderman Krause and Alderman Farrar were present.
Also Present: Jeanne Wojcieszak, Director of Finance; Kevin Head, City Administrator; Andrea Miracle, Alderwoman Ward 3; Cathy Hensley, Communication Coordinator and James Arnold, Economic Community Development/Grants Coordinator
No public comment was made.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Krause to approve the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on April 27, 2023. Motion carried with Burns, Krause and Farrar voting aye.
Group Health Insurance Fund Insurance Report will be announced at the Monday, June 06, 2023 Council meeting.

Claims amount will be announced at the Tuesday, June 06, 2023 Council meeting.
An Ordinance Establishing The Park North Business District; Approving a Business District Plan; Authorizing the Imposition and Collection of a Sales Tax Within Such Business District; and Approving Certain Actions in Connection With The Establishment of Such Business District was filed for second reading.
Finance Committee will meet on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall.
