There were 776 white students enrolled in Dupo Community Unit School District 196 in the 2021-22 school year, 4.8% less than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Dupo Community Unit School District 196 welcomed 1,040 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 82.5% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.
