Mayor Roach called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Members of the Without Limits Special Olympics Cheer Team were celebrated for their world championship. Mayor Roach proclaimed June 3, 2024 as Without Limits Team Day in O'Fallon.

Council Member Albrecht stated that the next meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.

Council Member Parchman stated that the next meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.

Motion by Nathan Parchman, second by Jerry Albrecht to approve Warrant #537 in the amount of $1,026,418.80

Motion by James Campbell, second by Roy Carney to enter into executive session for the purposes of discussion of Sale of Property and Legal Matters
