The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) has secured a new professional licensing system for individuals whose careers require a license to work in Illinois.
With an emphasis on increased government transparency, the new system will feature a user-friendly interface, improved communications, and a streamlined review process for license applications and fees. Prospective licensees will receive electronic notifications when their applications are received, reviewed, and licenses issued by the Department.
