2) An Ordinance Approving a Zoning Amendment of properties along the block on the east side of North Buchanan Street located between Chapman Street and Hillsboro Avenue from "R-2" Multiple-Family Residential District to "R-1" Single-Family Residential District - First Reading - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to  forward to Council 

3) Approval of RASE Board Items from the November 5, 2024 meeting:

A. Trinity Lutheran Ugly Christmas Sweater 5k on Saturday, December 14th- Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
