City of Edwardsville Finance Committee met Nov. 14
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Alderman Krause called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Governor Edwards Conference Room in City Hall, located at 118 Hillsboro Avenue in Edwardsville, Illinois.
Roll Call: Alderman Krause, Chairman, Aldermwoman Miracle and Alderman Farrar were present.
Also Present: Jeanne Wojcieszak, Director of Finance; Randi Van Wie, Deputy Director of Finance; Kevin Head, City Administrator; Jeff Berkbigler, City Attorney; Brendan McKee, Fire Chief; Cathy Hensley, Communication Coordinator; Karla Vasquez, Edwardsville Intelligencer and Larry Miller, Resident.
No public comment was made.
Motion by Krause, seconded by Krause to approve the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on October 19, 2024. Motion carried with Krause and Farrar voting aye.

New Business:
Claims amount will be announced at the Tuesday, November 19, 2024 Council meeting.
Motion by Krause, seconded by Miracle to approve and forward to council a Resolution Authorizing an Agreement with Ampion, PBC, to Subscribe The City of Edwardsville's Electrical Account to a Community Solar Array. Motion carried with Krause and Miracle voting aye.
Finance Committee will meet on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall.
There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
