City of East Saint Louis City Board of Fire & Police Commission met Dec. 10

1. Chairman Jesse Davis opened the meeting at 5:44 p.m.

2. Attendees included:

Mr. Dimitrius Gilmore Mr. Julyon Brown Atty. Phil Rice

Mr. Jesse Davis Mr. Ontourio Eiland Mr. Joseph Redmond-A

Mr. Jessie Granger Ms. Monica Grandberry

3. The attendees reviewed and approved the meeting minutes from November 12, 2024, @5:45pm Julyon Brown made motion and Jessie Granger second the motion. Motion passes all present commissioners voted (yes). Joseph Redmond (absent)

4. Under New Business the following items were discuss:

• Board Members voted to approve the monthly report from fire department @5:46pm Dimitreus Gilmore made motion and Julyon Brown second the motion. Motion passes all present commissioners voted (yes) Joseph Redmond (absent)

• Board Members voted to approve the annual meeting calendar with necessary changes @5:47pm. Julyon Brown made the motion and Jessie Granger second the motion. Motion passes all present commissioners voted (yes). Joseph Redmond (absent)

• Board Members voted to accept the annual 2024 report @5:48 Jessie Granger made motion Dimitreus Gilmore second the motion. Motion passes all present commissioners voted (yes). Joseph Redmond (absent)

• Board Members voted to reschedule promotional testing for police Lieutenant for 8am on 2/1/2025 @5:48 Jessie Granger made motion and Ontourio Eiland second the motion. Motion passes all present commissioners voted (yes) Joseph Redmond (absent)

There being no other business Dimitreus Gilmore motioned for Adjournment Jessie Granger second the motion. All voted in favor of adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at @5:59pm
