• Motion to approve a one-year contract renewal with Granicus for $6,165.01 through April 30, 2026, for FOIA processing software.
• Motion to approve a lease extension with VB-S1 Assets, LLC (Vertical Bridge) for wireless communication tower at 111 South 6th Street.
• Motion to approve amendment to intergovernmental agreement between City of Belleville and SIU Simmons Law School.
• Motion to approve health insurance renewal effective 5/1/2025, including medical and dental with BCBS of Illinois and life insurance with Standard Insurance Company, as recommended by staff and our insurance broker.
• Motion to approve closing Funds 59 and 60 (related to SSA Series 2006 bonds) and corresponding checking accounts once all final expenses are paid.
• FY2025-2026 Budget Review & Discussion
• Motion to receive and file revenue sources.
