City of Edwardsville Finance Committee met Feb. 27
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Alderman Krause called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, located at 118 Hillsboro Avenue in Edwardsville, Illinois.
Roll Call: Alderman Krause, Chairman, Alderwoman Miracle. Alderman Farrar was excused.
Also Present: Randi Van Wie, Deputy Director of Finance; Eric Williams, City Administrator; Kevin Head, Pro Tem City Administrator; Brendan Mckee, Fire Chief; Mike Lybarger, Deputy Police Chief; Cathy Hensley, Communication Coordinator; Amanda Tucker, Director of Human Resourses; and Matt Karny, Edwardsville Intelligencer.
No public comment was made.
Motion by Krause, seconded by Miracle to approve the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on February 13, 2025. Motion carried with Krause and Miracle voting aye.

Claims amount will be announced at the Tuesday, March 04, 2025 Council meeting.
Motion by Krause, seconded by Miracle to approve and forward to council a Resolution Authorizing a Sole Source Contract for a Compensation Study. Motion carried with Krause and Miracle voting aye.
Motion by Krause, seconded by Miracle to approve and forward to council a Sole Source Purchase of One (1) 2025 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesman From Cassen's Inc., Not to Exceed $45,000.00. Motion carried with Krause and Miracle voting aye.
Finance Committee will meet on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in City Hall.
