1) Resolution Approving Final Plat of Pfund Industrial Park – Steve Stricklan and Ryan Zwijack presented information – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

2) Resolution Approving the Inactive Center Grove Road PUD Development Plan to Remain in Effect – Steve Stricklan and Ryan Zwijack gave background information on the PUD and code requirements for the review of the development status – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all nays to forward to Council

3) Resolution Approving the Inactive Amazing Grace at Logan Place PUD Development Plan to Remain in Effect – Shaunalyn Boad gave details on issues with the architect. A new architect was hired in January. Will Krause gave history of the PUD and expressed concerns with the project – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Miracle) and voted one aye (Grant) and two nays (Krause, Miracle) to forward to Council

4) Approval of Change Order #4 for Phase 3 Plummer Family Park Sports Park – Elizabeth Grant presented information – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
