L. MOTION – CONTINUED

Motion to allow the Mayor to execute all intergovernmental agreements between the City of Fairview Heights and the underlying taxing districts within Fairview Heights TIF Districts Two (2) and Three (3) in relation to the twelve (12) year TIF extension to be legislated by the Illinois General Assembly in May of 2025.

Motion to move forward with the Pleasant Ridge Park and The REC Expansion Project as presented.
