• Motion to approve Gonzales Companies, LLC in an amount not to exceed $10,000 for IEPA Compliance Assistance at the Sanitation Department building at 2115 Freeburg Ave.

• Motion to waive the formal bidding procedures and utilize Sourcewell Contract #062222-VCM to purchase one new 2025 Freightliner 108 Tandem Axle Chassis Snow/Dump unit for $245,876 and one new 2025 Freightliner M2 Single Axle Chassis Snow/Dump unit for $224,032 for the Public Works Department from Viking Cives Midwest, Inc.

• Motion to approve adding Captain and Lieutenant stipend billing rates for hired security details.

• Motion to waive the formal bidding procedures and purchase six (6) 2025 Ford Explorer Police Utility Vehicles from Broadway Ford; and to have said vehicles upfitted with emergency equipment by The Lights and Sirens guys, in the amount of $388,680.00.

• Motion to approve the disposal of surplus property from the Campus.

• Motion to approve FY26 budget amendments (encumbrances from prior year), as recommended by the Finance Director.

• Motion to receive and file revenue sources.
