7-A. Mayor Gain Meyer will present a proclamation in honor of all graduating high school seniors proclaiming May 2025 as 'High School Senior Recognition Month'

7-B. Mayor Gain Meyer will recommend the reappointment of Timberly Hund, Sean McElligott, and Molly McKenzie to serve a 1-year term on the Historic Preservation Commission

7-C. Mayor Gain Meyer will recommend the appointment of Rebecca Boyer to serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals and to serve the remainder of a term expiring 6-21-2026

7-D. Mayor Gain Meyer will recommend the appointment of Tracy Aranico to serve on the Electrical Commission for the remainder of a term ending 11-15-2025 in the capacity of Electrical Engineer

7-E. Mayor Gain Meyer will recommend the reappointment of Mary Karban and Mark St. Eve to serve a 3-year term on the Library Board

7-F. Mayor Gain Meyer will recommend the reappointment of Honorable Judge Bill Stiehl to serve a 3-year term on the Board of Fire and Police Commission

7-G. Mayor Gain Meyer will recommend the reappointment of Zach Bair and Lacie Loose to serve a 4-year term and appoint Bennie Parr to serve the remainder of a term expiring 05/02/2026 on the Downtown Belleville Development Commission

7-H. Mayor Gain Meyer will recommend the reappointment of Jim Kurtz and Larry McLean to serve a 3-year term on the Planning Commission

7-I. Mayor Gain Meyer will recommend the appointment of Sarah Lanxon to serve a 5-year term on the Parks and Recreation Board

11-C(3). Motion to approve adding Captain and Lieutenant stipend billing rates for hired security details

11-C(4). Motion to waive the formal bidding procedures and purchase six (6) 2025 Ford Explorer Police Utility Vehicles from Broadway Ford; and to have said vehicles upfitted with emergency equipment by The Lights and Sirens guys, in the amount of $388,680.00

Request from Casa Maria to host their 10-year Anniversary, Saturday, June 14, 2025, 11:00am to 10:00pm with food truck.
