Rep. Mike Bost, Chairman of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee and U.S. Representative for Illinois, shared updates on social media this week regarding his recent activities in Congress and his district.

Rep. Mike Bost has represented Illinois's congressional district since first winning election in 2014 against William L. Enyart by securing approximately 52.5% of the vote. He has subsequently won re-election multiple times: defeating Charles Baricevic in 2016 with about 54.3% of votes; Raymond Lenzi in 2020 with roughly 60.4%; Brendan Kelly in 2018 with around 51.6%; and Chip Markel in 2022 by obtaining about three-quarters of all votes cast.
