City of Edwardsville Finance Committee met Oct. 16
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Alderwoma Miracle called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, located at in Edwardsville, Illinois.
Roll Call: Alderwoman Chair Miracle, Alderman Krause and Farrar were present.
Also Present: Jeanne Wojcieszak, Director of Finance; Randi Van Wie, Deputy Finance Director; Eric Williams, Cathy Hensley, City Administrator; Brendan McKee, Fire Chief; Nate Tingley, Director of Parks & Recreation; Communication Coordinator; and Jason Koch, Edwardsville Intelligencer.
No public comment was made.
Motion by Miracle, seconded by Krause to approve the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on August 28, 2025. with Miracle, Krause and Farrar voting aye.

New Business:
Claims amount will be announced at the Tuesday, October 21, 2025 Council meeting.
Motion by Farrar, seconded by Krause to approve and forward to council a Resolution Amending Resolution 012-04-2025 (Budget Amendment) - Park Improvement. Motion carried with Farrar, Krause and Miracle voting aye.
Motion by Miracle, seconded by Krause to approve and forward to council a Resolution Amending Resolution 012-04-2025 (Budget Amendment) - Edwardsville Enhancement. Motion carried with Miracle, Krause and Farrar voting aye.
Motion by Miracle, seconded by Krause to hold in committee a Resolution Authorizing the Establishment of Lift Assist Fee Schedule. Motion carried with Miracle, Krause and Farrar voting aye,
Motion by Miracle, seconded by Krause to approve and forward to council the approval of IMLRMA Agreement (Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association) 2026 Renewal for Professional Risk Management Services of Various Coverages. Motion carried with Miracle, Krause and Farrar voting aye,
Motion by Miracle, seconded by Krause to approve and forward to council an Ordinance Imposing Lift Assist Fees for the City of Edwardsville (Fist Reading). Motion carried with Miracle, Krause and Farrar voting aye.
Finance Committee will meet on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall.
