A. Approval of Minutes from the October 2, 2025 Public Services Committee meeting:

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion.

AllAyes. Committee forwarded to Council for information.

B. Approval of an Ordinance Imposing Lift Assist Fees for the City of Edwardsville

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion.

Staff explained that this is to establish an ordinance imposing lift assist fees. AllAyes.

Committee forwarded to Finance Committee for consideration.

C. Approval of Resolution Authorizing the Establishment of a Lift Assist Fee Schedule

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Hanna seconding the motion.

Staff explained that this to establish a fee schedule for the use of a lift assist system. AllAyes.

Committee forwarded to Finance Committee for consideration.

D. Approval to Award the North Main Street Water Main and Streetscape Improvements to

Keller Construction, Inc. in the amount of $4,885,550.87

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Hanna seconding the motion.

Staff explained that this is for the replacement of water main, curb, streetscape items and resurfacing of Main Street. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for consideration.
