The Executive Committee of Madison County, Illinois met today to discuss the compensation of employees of the public body as part of Exception 5ILSC 120/2C1.
The committee also went over a resolution concerning wages for non-bargaining unit employees.
The Executive Committee works with all departments and elected officials while providing a forum for discussion on important issues surrounding policy decisions. Additionally, the committee directs labor negotiations, hears grievances concerning department heads and management personnel, and supervises the planning of general operations of the county government.
Alan Dunstan chairs the committee. The members of the committee are Jack Minner, Joe Semanisin, Nick Petrillo, Gussie Glasper, Jamie Goggin, Michael Holliday, Sr., Ann Gorman, Steve Brazier, Art Asadorian, Bill Meyer, Kristen Novacich, Kelly Tracy, Larry Trucano, Bruce Malone, and Brenda Roosevelt.
