The Community Services Advisory Council for Madison County, Illinois has released its agenda for the upcoming meeting, which will take place at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21.
The council will discuss the minutes from its Oct. 19 meeting, take public comment and go over the 2015 Community Services Block Grant program quarterly report.

The Community Services Advisory Council meets regularly to discuss the Community Services Block Grant program, which aims to help disadvantaged residents of the county.
