The Roxana City Council will hold its regular meeting Monday.
The council is expected to approve the city's 2015-16 tax levy as well as an agreement for electric service.
A vote on regulating the activities of village employees when working outside the city will also take place.
The Public Safety Committee will announce the winning bids for two city vehicles: Tommy Seehausen won a Ford Mustang for $701 and Nathan Deeper won a Chevy Tahoe for $1,799.
The Public Works Committee will also vote to approve the purchase of a $19,000 dehumidifier for the city's water plant.
