Ron Simpson, Paul Jackstadt, Dan Mcdowell, Tim Elliott, Brian Konzen, Ed Hagnauer, Judy Whitaker, Don Thompson, Bill Davis, Walmer Schmidtke, Bob Pickerell, Gerald Williams

Alderman Simpson called the Finance Committee Meeting to order.

Simpson turned over to Willaredt.

Willaredt stated that will be an increase for Rental units will go from $15.00 to $25.00; a $50.00 late fee will be added to all Business Licenses; Swimming Pool Contractors will go from $35.00 to $50.00; all landlords will receive a letter stating that they can use the Yard Waste Facility for their rental property grass clippings.

Motion by Simpson, second by McDowell to accept the change in the fee schedule. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.

Simpson stated that next are Bonds AGG that need to be approved by the council tonight.

Motion by Simpson, second by McDowell to approve the Bonds AGG. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.

Simpson stated that next the annual monies from Waste Management for 2,000.00 to be used for city improvements.

Motion by McDowell, second by Davis to accept the $2,000.00 from Waste Management. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.

Simpson stated that next is the renewal contract for finger printing.

Motion by Simpson, second McDowell to accept the renewal contract for finger printing. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.

Motion by Simpson, second by McDowell to Adjourn the Finance Committee Meeting. All Voted Yes.
