City of Alton Committee of the Whole met Jan. 8.
Here is the agenda provided by the Committee:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Audit of Accounts.
4. Resolution, re: The Brown Bag Bistro has requested a handicap parking space in front of 318 East Broadway and that the attached ordinance be considered.
5. Resolution, re: The City Council of the City of Alton, Illinois deems it advisable to establish “No Parking” zone on the west side of Silver Street and the City Council of the City of Alton, Illinois deems it advisable to establish “No Parking” zone on the south side of Pearl Street and that the attached ordinance be considered.
6. Resolution, re: A handicap parking space in front of 910 Milnor Street and that the attached ordinance be considered.
7. Resolution, re: That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make payment from the Oriental Garden Fund to: Waldbart in the amount of $2,240.00 pursuant to the minutes and invoices attached hereto.
