•Approval of Minutes March 12, 2018

•Consider approval of a Letter of Agreement with FKG Oil regarding expansion of the Belleville Enterprise Zone (2016) related to the development of a convenience store at the northeast quadrant of IL Rt. 161 and Fullerton Road.

•Consider approval of agreement for professional services with Economic Development Resources for the expansion of the Belleville Enterprise Zone (2016) to include approximately 5.5 acres at the northeast quadrant of IL 161 and Fullerton Road.

•Consider approval of a Letter of Agreement with Michael Weilbacher and Kenneth Weilbacher Self Declared trust regarding the reimbursement of Green Space Fees and plat vacation.

•Consider approval of a Letter of Agreement with Philips Investments. LLC regarding expansion of the Belleville Enterprise Zone (2016) related to the development of a 50 unit assisted living and 24 unit memory care facility.

•Consider approval of an agreement for professional services with Economic Development Resources for the expansion of the Belleville Enterprise Zone (2016) to include approximately 13 acres at the northeast quadrant of Frank Scott Parkway and South 11th Street.

•Motion to Approve FY 2018-2019 Budget.

•Budget Amendments.

•Revenue Sources.

•Adjourn.
