City of Lebanon City Council met May 21.
Here is the agenda as provided by the council:
Ordinance
1. Discuss the updating the schedule of fees in regards to how to change said fees , along
with how to include tables and the actual increases.
2. Review of the online availability of ordinances now with the new Code of Ordinances
being available.
3. Review of the use of the “3 Readings Rule” for ordinances within the City of Lebanon.
4. Review of the Commercial Property Inspection ordinance, provided it is back from
Legal.
5. Review of the Ordinance for Daily Rentals and B and Bs within the City of Lebanon.
6. Discussion of the definition of “boarding houses and rooming houses” being in or
being removed from the Coded of Ordinances.

1. Discuss the cleanup of the north lot of the Cemetery.

1. Request from St Paul’s UCC to close the first block of E Dee St for the 150 th
anniversary celebration on June 10th, 2018.
2. Discuss and recommend flashing school sign at Rt 4 /50
