Lantz Homes representing Kate Doty has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a variance. The request is to permit a fence of greater dimension than permitted by applicable regulations. The petitioner desires to install a fence having a height of 74/2 inches in height in lieu of a fence 72 inches in height. The property at 1 Greystone Lane is zoned R-1 Single Family Residence District and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-14-10-103-015 & 14-2-15-14-10-103-016.
B. Case 2018-23
JMO Enterprises LLC has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Perinit. The purpose is to allow a warehouse use within a B-2 Commercial Business District. The property is addressed as 1160 South State Route 157 and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-22-10-101-001.
