b) Appeal of HPC Decision – 949 Hale Avenue - this resolution allows the homeowner at 949 Hale to replace 8” aluminum siding with 8” vinyl siding.
c) Resolution Approving Children’s Museum Lease & Discovery Garden – the Children’s Museum lease of the Leclaire School property has expired and they are requesting renewal of an extended term lease to continue to operate the Children’s Museum and a new outdoor Discovery Garden on property adjacent to the Leclaire School building. This Resolution would authorize the Mayor to renew the lease agreement with expanded boundaries between the City and the Children’s Museum of Edwardsville for a ten year term with an additional ten year option.
d) Authorization to purchase softball field groomer in the amount of $13,985.00 - the Parks Department seeks permission to purchase a 2018 John Deere Model 1200A Bunker and Field Rake for use in field preparation for games at Vadalabene Field.
e) Approval of Agreement with Teska Associates, Inc, for Zoning Code Updates in an amount not to exceed of $54,000.00
f) Administrative & Community Service Committee will meet on Thursday August 02, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in the Governor Edwards Conference Room
