a. Resolution, re: Finance Committee Bills be allowed and payment be made.

b. Resolution, re: That the Mayor and appropriate City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute the attached Lease Agreement by and between the City of Alton, Illinois, as Lessor, and Christmas Wonderland Inc. an Illinois not-for-profit

corporation, as Lessee with regard to the property located in the 4500 Block of North Alby.

c. Resolution, re: That its officials and agents are hereby authorized to pursue appropriate legal action against such properties in the Circuit Court as listed below: 707 Lampert.

d. Resolution, re: That its officials and agents are hereby authorized to pursue appropriate legal action against such properties in the Circuit Court as listed below: 2800 Sanford.

e. Resolution, re: The City of Alton desires to enter into a formal agreement with Senior Services Plus to lease a vacant lot owned by City located at 2600 N. Rodgers Avenue and that the Mayor and appropriate City officials to be designated by the Mayor are hereby authorized and directed to sign the attached Lease Agreement between the City of Alton and Senior Services Plus.

f. Resolution, re: The City of Alton and James E. Dempsey desire to enter into a new Lease Agreement for farm property for the years 2019 and 2020 and that the Mayor and appropriate city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute the attached Lease Agreement.

a. Ordinance No. 7657. An Ordinance amending Section 8 of Chapter 19 of Title 4 of the City Code regarding Amusement Tax. (LAY-OVER)

b. Ordinance No. 7658. An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance to add two additional NAICS Codes to the C-5 Zoning District. (SUSPEND RULES – ADOPT)

c. Ordinance No. 7659. An Ordinance granting a Special Use Permit to allow a sound recording studio at 1320 Milton Road, Alton, Illinois. (SUSPEND RULES – ADOPT)

a. Ordinance No. 7649. An Ordinance establishing no parking on the east side of Belle Street in front of 3301 Belle Street. (ADOPT – ROLL CALL)

b. Ordinance No. 7650. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 6954 which established handicapped parking in front of 533 E. Tenth Street. (ADOPT – ROLL CALL)

c. Ordinance No. 7651. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 7618 as an ordinance determined to be redundant and unnecessary. (ADOPT – ROLL CALL)

c. Resolution, re: That a special use permit be granted on the property identified by permanent parcel numbers 23-2-08-06-18-303-012, Section 6, Township 5 North, Range 9 West of the Third Principal Meridian, also known as 2512 Amelia, Alton, Illinois, for the new home of Boys and Girls Club of Alton, BE AND HEREBY IS APPROVED. d. Resolution, re: That a special use permit be granted on the property identified by permanent parcel numbers 23-1-08-06-10-101-015, Section 6, Township 5 North, Range 9 West of the Third Principal Meridian, also known as 3001 Washington, Alton, Illinois for LED signs, BE AND HEREBY IS APPROVED. e. Resolution, re: That a special use permit on the property identified by permanent parcel numbers 23-1-07-02-08-201-001 and 23-1-07-02-08-201-001.001, Northeast One Quarter of Section 2, Township 5 North, Range 10 West of the Third Principal Meridian, also known as 33 E. a. Ordinance No. 7654. An Ordinance granting a special use permit to allow a mini- warehouse and self storage at 2811, 2831, 2851 Homer Adams Parkway, Alton, Illinois.

b. Ordinance No. 7655. An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance to allow truck and trailer sharing as a special use in the C-2 District.

c. Resolution, re: That a public hearing be held before the City Council at its regular meeting of August 22, 2018, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-91-1 and Alton City Code 6-1- 8, to consider the partial vacation of a portion of Easton Street being the north 127 feet of Easton Street adjoining the south right of line of East 4th Street.

d. Resolution, re: That the City Clerk shall publish the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS regarding the sale of 324 Ridge Street, Alton, Illinois.

e. Resolution, re: That the City Clerk shall publish the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS regarding the sale of 623 E. Broadway, Alton, Illinois.

f. Resolution, re: That the Fire Chief is hereby allowed to accept the Assistance to Firefighters Grant award EMW-2017-FR-00457 in the amount of $227,273.00 for a regional mobile firefighter trainer with local financial commitment from Lewis and Clark Community College in the amount of $22,727.00 without any financial contribution required by the City of Alton, Illinois.
