a. Resolution, re: Finance Committee Bills be allowed and payment be made.

b. Resolution, re: That its officials and agents are hereby authorized to pursue appropriate legal action against such properties in the Circuit Court as listed below: 1213 Rodemeyer.

c. Resolution, re: Simmons Hanly Conroy LLC desires to hold a special event on September 22, 2018, between the parking lot and the fountain located at 1 Court Street, which event shall include the outdoor distribution of alcoholic beverages during the Miles for Meso walk.

d. Resolution, re: Dorothy Hummel, on behalf of the YWCA, has requested, that a portion of certain streets be closed on October 6, 2018, to facilitate the YWCA block party.

e. Resolution, re: Preliminary/Construction Engineering Services Agreement for Motor Fuel Tax Funds from 200 feet south of Rozier St. to the City limits approx. 300 feet north of Delmar Ave. and approx. 260 feet of Belle Street at its intersection with State Street.

f. Resolution, re: Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code that the proposed improvement shall consist of pavement patching, pavement milling, hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, traffic signal work at Elm St., sidewalk curb ramp upgrades and other miscellaneous items of construction.

g. Resolution, re: That the Preliminary/Construction Engineering Services Agreement for Motor Fuel Tax Funds between the City of Alton and Sheppard, Morgan and Schwaab Inc. be and is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said agreement.

h. Resolution, re: That its officials and agents are hereby authorized to pursue appropriate legal action against such properties in the Circuit Court as listed below: 2414 Locust and 2215 Judson.

i. Resolution, re: That a portion of certain streets be closed on September 8, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. to facilitate the Going Back to Mexico event by the Mexico Homecoming Committee.

j. Resolution, re: That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make payment from the Western Military Academy Memorial Site Fund to Professional Landscaping in the amount of $1,950.00 and to the City of Alton for the purchase of two flags for the site in the amount of $359.06 pursuant to the minutes and invoice attached.

k. Resolution, re: That its officials and agents are hereby authorized to pursue appropriate legal action against such properties in the Circuit Court as listed below: 3016 Watalee.

c. Ordinance No. 7662. An Ordinance granting a special use permit to allow a warehouse at 33 E. Delmar and 4120 Alby Street, Alton, Illinois. (Suspend Rules – Adopt)

d. Ordinance No. 7663. An Ordinance granting a special use permit to allow the operation of a social organization within a residential district at 2512 Amelia Alton, Illinois. (Suspend Rules – Adopt)

a. Ordinance No. 7658. An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance to add two additional NAICS Codes to the C-5 Zoning District.

b. Ordinance No. 7659. An Ordinance granting a Special Use Permit to allow a sound recording studio at 1320 Milton Road, Alton, Illinois.

c. Resolution, re: That 6th Street from Langdon to George Street be closed on August 19, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. to facilitate a benefit auction.

d. Resolution, re: Greater Madison County Federation of Laborers shall be entitled to sell alcoholic liquor at the Annual Labor Day Family Picnic on August 25, 2018 at Gordon Moore Park.

e. Resolution, re: That Riley Street between Johnson and Della Streets be closed on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. to facilitate a block party.

f. Resolution, re: That the Mayor and appropriate officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Alton the attached Agreement for Site Access, Measure, Installation and Inspections at a cost of $500.00.
