State Senate race: Democrat Belt wins voter tally in St. Clair Township Precinct 1

Christopher Belt led Republican Tanya Hildenbrand in votes cast in St. Clair Township Precinct 1 for the District 57 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Belt appeared to outpace Hildenbrand by a margin of 12.9 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
