13. APPROVAL OF ACTIONS TAKEN UNDER SUSPENSION OF RULES AT PRIOR MEETING.

a. Resolution, re: That the best bid of Warner Communications Corporation for Portable Radio Equipment in the amount of $77,159.78 be awarded for Bid #2018 – 25 for portable radios, for the police, fire and public works departments.

b. Resolution, re: That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make payment from the Alton Municipal Band Fund to: Martha Roberts in the amount of $158.00 and Sign Magic in the amount of $258.00 pursuant to the invoices and minutes attach hereto.

c. Resolution, re: That a public hearing be scheduled to allow comments and questions concerning the proposed Transition Plan drafted by the officials of the City of Alton pursuant to Title II of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).

d. Resolution, re: The City Council of the City of Alton, Illinois previously approved by Ordinance No. 7665 an Annexation Agreement with property owner Larry Manns for a tract of land comprising approximately 286 acres contiguous to the City of Alton and the City of Alton, Illinois desires to correct any alleged defects in the procedures and documents by reconsideration of said ordinances in order to avoid costly and prolonged litigation.
