4. Resolution, re: That it be a matter of public record that the City of Alton supports and endorses the Great Rivers & Routes Tourism Bureau as the State Certified Bureau for the Alton Metroplex.

5. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 1259 Carl St.

6. Resolution, re: Representatives of Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC have requested the renewal of their existing contract with the City of Alton and that the Mayor and appropriate city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all appropriate documents to extend the existing contract between the Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC.

7. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 916 Royal St.

8. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 719 Ridge St.

9. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 811 Union.

10. Resolution, re: Representatives of D&D Tire Service have requested the renewal of their existing contract with the City of Alton and that the Mayor and appropriate city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all appropriate documents to extend the existing contract between the City of Alton and D&D Tire Service. Bid #2018-02 between the City of Alton and D&D Tire Service.

11. Resolution, re: Representatives of D&D Tire Service have requested the renewal of their existing contract with the City of Alton and that the Mayor and appropriate city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all appropriate documents to extend the existing contract between the City and D&D Tire Service. Bid #2018-03 between the City of Alton and D&D Tire Service.

12. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 1217 Central Ave.

13. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 1219 Central Ave.

14. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 303 Harriett St.

15. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 304 Harriett.

16. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 1107 Long Ave.

17. Resolution, re: To commence with demolition proceedings concerning 1118 Long Ave.

19. Resolution, re: The Illinois Department of Transportation by letter dated October 3, 2018 proposed to Mayor Walker a cost sharing agreement for certain improvements along Illinois Route 140 and that the Mayor and appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to enter into the options for cost sharing construction projects as itemized below with the cost to the City of Alton being paid from the Department of Public Works street and MFT budgets.

20. Resolution, re: The Fire Chief has requested permission to solicit bids for the purchase of two pumper trucks at an estimated cost not to exceed $475,000.00 each with funding to come from the Emergency Vehicle Replacement Fund pursuant to bid specifications to be submitted by the Fire Chief and that the Fire Chief is hereby authorized to solicit bids for the purchase of two pumper trucks.
