How did John Lakin spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic John Lakin's election campaign committee, Citizens for John Lakin, spent $9,344 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Lakin's committee spent the most on hall rental for raising funds in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,320) going to Madison County Firemen's Association in Collinsville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Lakin's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
