How did William R Haine spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic William R Haine's election campaign committee, Friends of Bill Haine, spent $36,321 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Haine's committee spent the most on investment purchase in the quarter, with all those payments ($25,000) going to Bank of Edwardsville in Edwardsville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Haine's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
