How did Christopher Belt spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Christopher Belt's election campaign committee, Friends of Christopher Belt, spent $30,626 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Belt's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with 41.4% of this total ($6,000) going to Tiffany Taylor in Maryville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Belt's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
