A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Citizens for Madison County Schools was the only campaign committee in Troy that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Citizens for Madison County Schools has yet to pay was imposed on May 29, 2018, for a late A-1 report. The amount of this fine alone is $125.
