How did Andrew Reinking spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Andrew Reinking's election campaign committee, Reinking for Regional Superintendent, spent $7,651 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Reinking's committee spent the most on social media in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,094) going to Facebook in Menlo Park. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Reinking's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
