Non partisan Dave Hylla's election campaign committee, Citizens for Judicial Excellence, Third, spent $106,519 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hylla's committee spent the most on direct mail in the quarter, with all those payments ($68,829) going to Robert Stephan & Company in Alton. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hylla's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
