Holiday Shores home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Holiday Shores fell by $78,750 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,250 - a 39.8% decrease over the $198,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Holiday Shores in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Holiday Shores for 2017 was $3,913. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,456. This marks an increase of 13.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.3%.
