2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 62074?

There was one offender released on parole during 2018 that lives in New Douglas zip code 62074, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Metro East Sun.

The data shows that the released offender was Paul L. Kampmann. He was convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2017, when he was 47. He is now 49.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
